Delivery fees appear upon checkout. We offer delivery to all regions of Jordan.

Can I pick up my order from the showroom?
Yes, you can pick up from the Rabieh branch or the Sweifieh branch.

What payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay cash upon receiving your order.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

Can I return the product?
Yes, within 3 days of receipt if the product does not match specifications or has a manufacturing defect. The product must be in its original condition with packaging.

Are the products original?
Yes, all our products are 100% original and imported directly from the manufacturer. Taghareed has been an authorized distributor for De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, Philips, and Conti in Jordan since 2003.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, all appliances come with an official warranty. We also have an authorized service center with original spare parts.
