Yes, you can collect your order directly from our Rabieh or Sweifieh branches.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options available on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects
• Product mismatch with website specifications
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Do you provide repair services for products purchased elsewhere?
Yes. We provide maintenance and repair services for selected brands such as Braun, Kenwood, and De’Longhi, regardless of where the product was purchased.
