Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

  • If the product received does not match the specifications listed on our website.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
• Supporting photos or documents must be provided to explain the reason for the return or exchange request.
• All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification before final approval.

Return Shipping Cost

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error from our side, Taghareed for Appliances will cover the return or exchange shipping cost.
• In other cases, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the situation.

Warranty
